I went to a dr. at this office a few times almost three years ago and haven’t been since. I have no problems with her or the care I received from her. Their office is another story. They have at least one other patient who has the same first and last name as I have. In the past few months the following has happened: they called me about the other patient’s prescription, they called me about the other patient’s appointment, they submitted four separate claims to my insurance provider for the other patient, and they sent me a bill for the other patient. Each time something has happened, I’ve called their office. I have spoken with front of office employees and with their office manager. Errors keep happening. They will not remove me from their system even though I am not a patient there any longer and have requested they remove me. Their employees clearly have no attention for detail as they are making essentially the same error over and over even though they’ve been repeatedly notified of the error.

Rude, and irritated that they don't take children . I don't recall that in the past...
