Most of the time I have a decent experience with the front desk, but today was the worst ever. I received a voicemail informing me there is issues with my insurance. I call back and the lady that answered was so rude and unhelpful. I did not appreciate the way she talked down to me like I was stupid. I felt through her tone I was nuisance for calling twice to resolve the issue with my insurance. By the way, my insurance is still active so I have no idea what is going on. I’m just exhausted, I dont have it in me to resolve it myself. It’s stressful going back and forth between my insurance provider and midtown. It’s all so mentally draining. At this rate, I am considering just going to one of their in-network psychiatrist to save myself of any more trouble of being the middle man in this. It’s really not worth the little effort I have in me.
