I love working with Sarena, she's the first therapist I've had who has truly validated how I feel. She's great at providing a safe space for me to be open and honest, while also giving me truly genuine feedback. Sarena is super easy to related to and has a great sense of humor, I'm so grateful to have regular therapy sessions with her!

Everyone I have interacted with at this practice has been exceptionally kind and professional. The Manchester office is great- wish there was parking but that's not on them and street parking is easy to find. Doing EMDR has totally changed my life. So thankful for Mending Mind
