I have seen a few therapists and never found therapy to be helpful, until I started seeing Meghan McLain. She is a kind, empathetic, nonjudgmental person and always made me feel at ease. The therapy techniques she used were extremely helpful and helped me finally function again after dealing with PTSD for years. I am so grateful and highly recommend her.
