Dr. Abegail is such a blessing to me in my healing journey. If you are struggling in life I definitely suggest her. The offices at Mat-Su Mental Health feel cozy and safe and homey. Everything is clean and relaxing creating a great calming environment where you can walk in and be yourself.

I have been to see my therapist a few times at her new location, Matsu Mental Health. Their office and waiting area are very inviting, peaceful and beautiful. It's a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. I really appreciate that they take our insurance and that they are so clear, quick and easy to get your insurance acceptance information. They seem to have perfected and streamlined every part of the process for me to get into see my therapist. And then the billing and follow up steps also.
