My EMDR therapist for cPTSD recommended that I see a psychiatrist. I found Dr. Theodore's contact information through a Moda health insurance search. When I called, it was the doctor herself who answered the phone. I was reluctant to try psychiatric medications, but after consultation with Dr. Theodore, we worked together for about a year to find suitable meds and dosages to help with my symptoms. Dr. Theodore was always confident, respectful, and open to my perspective. Her diagnoses, although I didn't always agree, led me to research more about myself and my relationships. I enjoyed our sessions and our meetings ended when my insurance changed.

Dr. Theodore is an excellent psychiatrist. She has deep and immediate insights that I’ve found lacking in other providers, she is patient, a good listener, and action oriented. I would recommend Dr. Theodore to anyone struggling with her specialties.
