I have been working with Kristen for over a year now and I could not recommend her more. She listens to me and makes me feel heard. She helps me find changes I can make that work for my life and adapts our sessions to what I need that day. Since I started seeing her, I am in way better head space and can better tackle what comes my way. So so worth the time and money. I look forward to to continuing to work with Kristen!
