I've had such an amazing experience at Lone Peak. The staff are fantastic every time. I love the aesthetic and the vibe. Highly recommend!

I called and made an appointment for my husband and paid the down payment to hold the appointment. This clinic required MY social security number, MY state issued driver’s license number, MY employer information, and MY closest relative not living with me. Literally every piece of information needed to steal my identity in one place. I have never been asked to provide all of those pieces of information for a stupid doctors appointment. ESPECIALLY when a self-pay patient is required to pay before even being seen?? Fine, whatever, they already got my money. Today, I called to find out if two people can join the telehealth visit with the same link because everyone at my work is sick and I can't leave. The office refused to answer this question and when my husband called back, they said the same thing. An absolute joke.
