Liz has been monumental for me and a game changer for my quality of life. Working with Liz has positively impacted those around me as well, including my wife and kiddos. I've appreciated the thoughtfulness and care she's provided in helping me essentially isolate and troubleshoot how to manage my mental health with medication (which as someone in their mid forties, I had always been reluctant to consider ever taking). I think we as a society should become more comfortable with, and pay more attention to, our mental health and the myriad treatment options today that can truly make a difference -- regardless of one's age. It's never too late. I'm thankful for Liz and her patience, and couldn't recommend her more highly!

Liz has been a god send since I relocated to SF a few years ago. She’s responsive, organized, and listens intently during our meetings. She provides sound advice and I feel I am in a better place since I have been able to leverage her expertise and guidance with my adhd/anxiety symptoms. Thank you Liz!
