Glad they were available. I went in while I was having a down few days. I did a consultation, which with insurance cost me $45, and then they put me in a room alone for 15-20 minutes before I met with a virtual therapist, which is something I told them I did not want. That was an additional $45. They advertise, complementary consultations, however, if you have insurance, that may not be the case. Unfortunately, the billing information is not communicated very well and that experience made me decide to seek treatment elsewhere. If they don’t listen to you in your first appointment, they’re not going to listen to you in any of the additional ones
