Lifestream Health was there to guide me back to a healthy me. They are very understanding, non-judgmental and accepting. They identified areas in my thinking and behaviors that could be addressed in a more healthy manner than what I had been doing my entire life. If you are reading this because you're thinking of getting professional help, I hope you understand that reaching out for help is a sign of strength. It shows you have courage and are willing to seek out whatever tools you can find to become a better you.

I have a had a great experience with this agency. My therapist is very understanding, supportive, and patient. She advocates for me. She listens to my needs. I feel welcomed and comfortable and relaxed when i go there. And Ms. Danielle always greets me with a smile.
