I've been a patient of Brett Leifson for a while now, and he's been an exceptional provider of mental healthcare. He is extremely professional and always a fantastic listener. He's always gone above and beyond to make sure my concerns regarding mental health were addressed, on top of having a wealth of knowledge in the field.

I never leave google reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experiences and how transformational my life has been since meeting with Dr. Rice and Brett Leifson regularly over the past year. Almost a year ago to the day, I found myself more often than not struggling to function as a normal human with the amount of stress, anxiety, and pressure I placed on myself to be a "good person". To the point where I had forgotten how to love myself, and was starting to think that this was just the way life was after a certain point. But after meeting with my care team, and developing healthier habits around my emotions, dealing with stress and conflict, and digging deeper to understand how my brain works, I feel like I am excited to LIVE again! The same challenges, stress, and high expectation for myself still exist, but now I have the right tools and support to tackle my days with my best foot forward. Not only do I feel better, but I also have the ability to love myself again, laugh at my mistakes and short comings; which has made me a better friend, father, and husband along the way. Even on my darkest days now I have a bright light in hand to get back to the sunlight, thanks to the folks at LifeStance!
