Cancellation fees are outrageous: $100 if less than 2 business days. Life doesn't only operate on business days- I was calling Thursday to reschedule a Cancel appointment. 2. There's hardly ever anyone at front desk, which is unsettling. I do appreciate an online check-in, but a friendly person to greet you is beneficial.

Today was supposed to be my first appt. No show/no call. After 10 minutes of waiting at the office door, I left. No staff was there at 8 am. I tried calling but auto message said staff doesn’t answer phones before 8:30, even though they have 8 am appts. Sent office a message through the portal. Therapist contacts me back, blames the office staff for the mistake and says she only does virtual appts on Tuesdays. #1. Staff should have their rear ends in the chair with the doors unlocked at 7:45 if appts start at 8. #2. Had the therapist done her job properly, she would have seen the problem yesterday when reviewing and preparing the next days’ appointments/clients. #3. I repeatedly received reminders and virtual paperwork, including this morning. #4. Andrea (therapist) offered a 2 pm appointment for tomorrow. I declined. This office definitely does not have it together. Mixups happen, but blaming someone else for your mistake is unacceptable. Back to square one.
