Sheldon was easy to talk to and listened to my Concerns. Virtual visits have made the appointments very convenient

I have been calling since last Monday to cancel my therapy appointments due to conflicts in my schedule and no one has answered but once and transferred me to a line that hung up on me. I do not recommend this office. Especially now that I will probably have to pay for missing this appointment this week due to negligence. I even told my psychiatrist at the Greensboro office and no one has reached out to me at all.
