Transparent, Empathetic, Authentic, Approachable, Motivating, Listener and Inspiring are just a FEW of the words that come to mind with I think about Coach Sharif. I became familiar with Sharif YEARS ago from seeing him at the gym. Even then it was apparent that he was on a mission as anyone couldn’t help but notice the results he was achieving. Fast forward we connected on social media and I began to see post & reels about “Life Coach ATL”. I continued to like post etc and one day Sharif shared a link to an audio episode of his podcast. In this particular podcast he was with his children discussing a decision he’d made some time ago and how it impacted them as children. This was the confirmation I needed to take more steps toward SHOWING UP for my now adult son. Since working with Sharif the communication and conversations with my son are empowering, transparent and actually more impactful. If you’re on the fence about getting hiring Life Coach Atl GET OFF now and make it happen. At the end of our last session Sharif asked me what I’d say to someone considering coaching? My response was “DO IT”

I had the privilege of attending the Black Men’s Safe Space group counseling session, and it was truly a transformative experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, supported, and understood. The space provided a rare opportunity for Black men to connect, share, and heal in a safe, judgment-free environment. It was empowering to hear the diverse perspectives of others who share similar experiences, and the sense of brotherhood was palpable. A special thank you to the coach & creator of this event— Sharif, your vision, care, and commitment to creating a space where Black men can be vulnerable, express their feelings, and support one another is nothing short of inspiring. Your dedication to fostering mental health and well-being within our community is deeply appreciated, and I am grateful for the work you’re doing. This group is a much-needed resource, and I look forward to continuing to grow in this space!
