This has been an absolute nightmare. The work ethic is missing here. They will say they are going to respond to an email or give you a call, then 2 weeks later email you asking to call the office to schedule a call. What is more, they completely misrepresent words and increase miscommunication between parties. Lack of work ethic, lack of clear communication, gaslighting and other issues. I had the therapist suggest we do a session exactly matching what we had already done as if they had no memory or record of it.

LePage Associates has changed our lives for the better. My two children see Dr. Colleen Hamilton and I never thought I would see such an improvement in my kids' emotional regulation so quickly. After a super high conflict divorce and custody battle (five day trial!), my daughters were having extreme emotional dysregulation. One of them was kicking me, misbehaving in school and the other one was showing signs of being drepressed. Our homelife was a disaster, it was if I had NO ability to properly parent them even though the Court gave me sole legal custody! 8 months after seeing Dr. Hamilton, my kids are doing great in school, have no emotional issues whatsoever (other than normal kids issues like sibling fighting over toys which I can handle!). Today, I can properly parent these girls and they are doing great. Dr. Hamilton works with each of them and then also meets with me separately to help me develop better parenting skills related to each child. Initially my daughters did not want to go to therapy but Dr. Hamilton found a way to get them to trust her and actually have fun while talking with her (she was playing twister with my daughter on the grass the other day while getting my daughter to open up about her emotions). I feel like I have my life back because my daughters are finally ok and we have peace in the home. The overall firm is great. When I initially had questions, the owner Dr. Tina LePage was so helpful in guiding me to choose the right therapist for my daughters, and the intake coordinator Ethan is as friendly and compassionate as one can be. I feel very welcome there and know that my kids are in good hands. There is NOTHING more important to me than my childrens' well-being and working with Lepage was one of the best decisions I made as a mom.
