Leah stallworth provides me excellent mental care. She takes time to listen asks questions and does whatever she can to help you to better mental health. I also want to compliment the staff who are incredibly helpful in getting messages to Leah or answering my questions I appreciate them very much.

I love my therapist Leah CRNP MSN RN she is brilliant/kind/ collaborative. I’m a tough patient as an RN MSN MBA CNAA FACHE Also receptionist Dee is excellent! Very efficient office, on line messaging. Zoom appts Much more individualized and less complicated than the World Class Cleveland Clinic Leah is certified to treat my unique condition ( interesting that the Cleveland Clinic referred me to LifeStance and i am forever grateful that they did!
