Lauren is great!! From our first consultation, I knew she was the right therapist for me. I have learned so much about myself during our sessions. It's been all positives with her. I highly recommend her!!

I became a patient of Lauren Lowe’s and started EMDR therapy with her. From the moment we spoke on the phone, I knew it would be a great fit. She was so comforting, respectful, non judgmental, and she has a caring, nurturing soul. She helped me in ways I never knew were possible and I am able to live a more relaxed life and work through problems easier. I highly recommend her!
