This company charges $245 to your card on file for a missed appointment, even if you call / email the day before, then reschedule (I was an established patient). The staff are nurses, they are not psychiatrists - and sometimes quite bitter in my experience. There is often no one there to answer the main office phone, and definitely no one there to answer emails (only 1 real email address, not closely monitored). My work leave claim through my job last year was almost denied because it took the office WEEKS to fill out 3 lines on my form. Up until the very last hour, after calling and emailing incessantly, they told me my provider “might have time” to finish it by the deadline. Another example of clinics overbooking and underpaying staff, no support outside of appointments, and bitter nurses. Sub-par.

Choose a different facility if you can. These people charge you more than a quarter of a grand for a missed appointment. They’re supposed to be helping but it seems money hungry to me. I found another facility that is way kinder and way more affordable. Good riddance this place. Taking people with mental health issues for granted and disguising it as help is diabolical.
