There needs to be an option to leave 0 stars for organizations like Lakeside Counseling. While my doctor was outstanding and wonderful, the practice is run by greedy and abusive receptionists (one of whom is related to the director) who lack basic communication skills. I will be reporting them to every entity possible and I am so sorry to anyone who has had a similar experience to me. Lakeside, mainly Katie Lindskog, the director who condoned and promoted her receptionists abuse, have caused extreme harm and has taken advantage of me and assuredly countless other patients at one of the lowest times in my life. Take your insurance and your copays elsewhere, trust me, for the sake of your mental health, and to avoid funding toxic and abusive companies like Lakeside who exploit the mentally ill and their providers.
