They don't answer the phone so potentially new patients have to wait 2 weeks for them to reply by email that they won't accept you. Horrible Dr to even try and deal with, IF you can get a response.

Dr. Mary Ladd is a positive, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable provider. She has done more for my daughter in 6 weeks than others have in 6 years! I highly recommend Ladd Psychiatry.
