Dr. Kevin Chapman is the best psychologist you can have. I had years of untreated severe panic disorder. I was nearly hopeless until I started seeing him. In just a couple months I started improving dramatically. He has a very outgoing personality and listens very well. He breaks down how you will attack your problems as well as educating you about the disorder. He also will definitely hold you accountable and keep things real with you. On top of all of that dr. Chapman gives you his number so you can easily contact him if needed.

Dr Kevin Chapman is an amazing therapist. After 10 years of suffering from OCD and anxiety and working with several therapists who helped only minimally, I discovered Dr. Chatman through the podcast, OCD stories. I had learned a lot on my own and as soon as I heard Dr Chapman I could tell that he could help me — he understood my disorder better than anyone I knew in Louisville. After only three months of working with Dr Chapman, my life improved significantly. I was doing things that I haven’t done in years and enjoying my life like I haven’t in 10 years. Each week I’m blown away by how well Dr Chapman understands my disorder without suffering from it himself. It’s amaxing really. He has an answer to every question I have, as ocd has a way of affecting your life in subtle forms. Dr Chapman has helped me to regain confidence in myself. It’s so important that you like your therapist and dr Chapman is supremely likable and relatable. That has made all the difference in the world to me because I have to do things in therapy that I fear and, in many cases, haven’t done for years. With dr Chapman, I want to do the work. He holds me accountable, not because I fear him but because I respect him. And I want to get better. I continue to work with Dr Chapman to improve my life in other ways (like perfectionism). He’s helping me to become the best version of myself that I can be. I’m so grateful to him and I tell everyone who mentions anxiety or ocd or phobias to contact him. You owe it to yourself !
