Working with Kristen is like taking a huge breath of fresh air. She is well-organized, provides detailed feedback after each session, emphasizes holistic well-being, and is both a skillful and compassionate coach. Some of the areas I worked on with her include daily routines and rituals, business development strategy, organization and productivity, health and nutrition optimization, energy management, and accountability and follow-through.
