Came here for TMS and medication management. The TMS side of things went well, the staff were very kind and helpful, but getting in to see the doctor was incredibly frustrating. Either she is widely unavailable and without a MA, or the front office is very disorganized. When I needed a prescription refill, dosage adjustment, or even just to talk with her, the staff replied with "I'll let her know", and days would go by without a followup. I only got in to see her when I came in and insisted on an appointment, and even then I got push back. There seems to be no scheduling or communication, and the overall impression felt uncaring and unresponsive when I urgently needed help.
