Mr. Young Is courteous with a respectful down to earth attitude. While being professionally up to date. His non judgmental attitude and demeanor is calming. Shares tools on how to cope with your issues. While educating you. Yet not lecturing. He not only listens, but hears you.. Amazingly enough at your next appointment. He can play back verbatim what you told him from your last appointment. Without ever having written down a word of it.
