This company does not conduct detailed work history background checks on its own "Career Coaches". This depth of deception is not fair to neurodivergent customers, as it’s encouraging a practice of deceiving both them and employers. It is intentionally misleading. For example... this company has recently hired a “Career Coach” who is advertising himself as “Neurodivergent” and falsely represented himself as a “Career Coach” on his OWN LinkedIn Profile. What's even more interesting is that this “Career Coach” has got LinkedIn Recommendations only from September 2024 to May 2025 (less than one year) and all of them are about his experience as a SALESMAN or ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE... and the recommendations are mostly from just 3 companies he worked at over the past 3 years. ANYONE can falsify LinkedIn Recommendations and References or ask former peers or managers they are FRIENDS with to lie on their behalf. Additionally, when hiring “Neurodivergent” staff members to help customers, how are you ensuring that there are no comorbid disorders at play that do not comply with coaching ethics and governance — such as Psychopathy and Cluster B Personality Disorders? Without a clear understanding of clinical psychology, hiring just about ANYONE who uses “Neurodivergent” as a marketing label with an inaccurate job titling, can be harmful to the neurodivergent community.
