I had the good fortune of connecting with Casco Bay Medical/ Jeremy Spiegel, MD during the Covid epidemic, and can most assuredly say I will continue to see him as long as I have the opportunity! Dr. Spiegel is extremely compassionate, perceptive, and kind, and is very well-versed in effective short and long-term psychiatric treatment planning/psychopharmacological management. Though some of our appointments may only be 15 minutes long, I always feel respected, heard and appreciated; Dr. Spiegel is careful to answer any arising questions or concerns during our conversations, and follow-up scheduling is incredibly easy with his affable, efficient Front Desk Manager Ashley. I cannot recommend Casco Bay Medical highly enough...and thank them immensely for their help, guidance and care these past few years!

I'm normally one to write reviews and have been thinking about this for a while. I saw Dr. Spiegel in person once, and after that he would just talk over the telephone with me for 10 minutes if that, charge my credit card, then call my refills. One time, I needed to refill my prescription earlier because I was going out of town and him and his secretary Ashley decided to jump down my throat and "I needed to be co-managed" with a rehab center because of my klonipin prescription. Along with this news over the telephone came "oh you are no longer our patient." Just like that I was discharged without any notice and the legal letter that goes with a discharge.
