I have always been skeptical of talking to a psychologist. I found it hard to believe that someone could help me with problems when they hardly know me but Dr. Nathan was really able to help me work through some things with only a few sessions. He was able to help me understand myself better, identify harmful thought processes and see things from a more realistic perspective. I appreciated his honesty and I would recommend him.
