I’ve been struggling with social anxiety for the longest time, even when I was a little kid. And the whole week I've worked with Jay, it's been nothing but great experiences and interesting facts and tidbits that I never would've thought out by myself or even with therapy. The whole week I found myself wanting to go out and talk to people. I actually feel much better, and I don't feel as rejected or alone as I did before. I’m really grateful for everything Jay's done and would definitely recommend him to anyone who's trying to fix their social anxiety.

I contacted Jay because I was experiencing a lot of social anxiety and it was causing me to decline a lot of invitations and stay home a lot and I didn't feel this was healthy. After talking with him I started getting braver and doing more things. I noticed that my anxiety went down substantially and I was able to take on my social dilemmas and deal with my shyness problem. I highly recommend Jay and his methods. We only worked together a short time but I saw a lot of improvement in the way that I was going out and no longer feeling that sense of dread or avoidance that I used to. He's very understanding, knowledgeable and compassionate.
