I’ve been coming to Rachel Hillegass for almost a whole year and I could not recommend her more. She is great at listening and providing a different perspective to situations. I feel like she truly understands what I feel and what I say even when I don’t have the right words to describe it. She’s very friendly and easy to talk to but not overwhelming, and I feel comfortable discussing anything with her. She’s someone I can truly talk to about anything without fear of judgment. She’s very good at communicating if something comes up like if she needs to reschedule and very understanding vice versa. Overall she’s a very well rounded therapist.

My wife and I have been meeting with Jacqueline on and off for approximately 2 years, and she has always been honest, caring, empathetic, and professional. She is impartial and keeps meetings focused and on track. Homework assignments were not working, so she completely switched gears to more traditional therapy sessions. When I had a major anxiety attack after hours, she immediately responded with a contact who refilled my prescriptions that night. If this is your first therapist, her easy demeanor and smile will remove any fears and give you a safe place to share. If a life coach or Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is what you need, hire her—you will be glad you did.
