Before working with Tyler, I really didn't know who I was or what I was capable of without anxiety and stress driving me. I felt stuck after finishing university. Tyler pinpointed my buried feelings and fears in a way I never realized was possible. He helped me see that the solution to getting unstuck came from my own life experience. Becoming aware of those feelings of strength and worth is how I finally felt able to confront the discomforts that were holding me back. Now, I feel armed with awareness and choice. I am finally an active participant in my life’s journey rather than just reacting to it. Tyler knows your experience more than you realize and he helps you see you aren't alone.

Coaching with Tyler has genuinely saved my life, and by extension, the lives of my family. On the surface, I appeared to be doing well. I had a successful sales career, a stable household, and the image of someone who had it all together. But internally, I felt deadened, unavailable, and unable to be fully present. I was surviving and not really living. I was moving frantically through life and convincing myself that this was just how things had to be. Deep down, I knew I wasn’t being my authentic self. And when I’m not showing up authentically, my family suffers. They lose connection with their father, and I risk passing on the same patterns and pain I’ve worked so hard to break. My journey with Tyler began around the same time I discovered my purpose: to end transgenerational trauma. To do that, I had to start with my family first. Tyler coached me through challenges I didn’t even have language for. He saw things I couldn't even see yet. He kept me aligned with my mission, held me accountable when I wanted to shrink back, and helped me reclaim parts of myself I had long abandoned. He helped me see that I was far stronger and more capable than I believed. And he proved it so I couldn't ignore it! Through this work, I’ve reconnected with my authentic self, my family, and my community in ways I never believed were possible. Here are some of the most meaningful changes I’ve experienced through Tyler’s coaching: I shifted my relationship with intensity. I once believed intensity was required to be a top salesman. Tyler helped me regulate it so I could stop feeling overwhelmed, see-sawing between work and family, and start actually living, especially outside of work. I learned to break the all-or-nothing cycle. My hyperfocus on work created anxiety about my family life, and focusing on family created anxiety about my work. Tyler guided me toward a balanced approach centered on what I need, rather than what I think everyone else needs. I stopped managing my life and began living it. Letting go of the fear of what others think has created more ease than I ever imagined. I can actually sit still and enjoy time with my boys vs trying to get to "the next thing." I moved from stress-based decisions to aligned decisions. Instead of acting from pressure or “shoulds,” I now act from who I truly am and what I genuinely want. I came for strategies and tactics but left with a new operating system. What Tyler provides goes far deeper than surface-level solutions. I rebuilt my identity from the inside out. I realized I was operating as a past version of myself. Tyler helped me step into a more grounded version of myself that was aligned with what was truly meaningful to me... to be a better father, husband, and leader while still succeeding professionally. I am profoundly grateful for Tyler. His presence, his humor, his ability to quickly make complex understandable, and his ability to sit in the awful with me. He took a stand beside me to focus on my purpose, my way, which was sometimes scary. He was clearly committed to holding me to the highest version of myself. The transformation I’ve experienced is nothing short of life-changing.
