It Begins Within is a wonderful practice. The therapists on the team are some of the highest caliber professionals you can find. They are empathetic, very knowledgeable, and effective. I appreciate their commitment to excellent client care and also that they are able to provide in-person sessions. I highly recommend It Begins Within for any counseling needs.

We have absolutely loved working with Amanda. She has been everything that we were looking for and more. She is professional, a great listener, offers helpful feedback, has recommended books, flexible and easy to work with. We also love that she offers 60 and 90 minute sessions. Highly recommend.
