This practice is the definition of unprofessional and misleading. The doctor actively advertises her availability on Aetna’s website, ZocDoc, and even her own site, yet after three days of repeated calls, I was finally told “she hasn’t been taking new patients for six months.” That is outright false advertising. To make matters worse, after scheduling online, I was told I had to call to confirm my appointment. Why should I chase down a doctor’s office to confirm something their system allowed me to book? They can’t return a message, but somehow it’s my responsibility to hunt them down? And when you finally get through, you’re not even seen by the doctor you selected. Instead, you’re shuffled off to nurse practitioners, doctors who don’t speak Russian (critical when treating elderly patients), or doctors with no specialization in Alzheimer’s—the very reason you sought this provider in the first place. How is this professional? Has an MD’s practice really come to this—bait-and-switch tactics, luring in vulnerable people who urgently need help, only to pass them off to high-margin providers who lack the expertise first advertised? It’s dishonest, exploitative, and shameful.

I was looking for a russian -speaking psychiatrist for my mother for a long time. My friend recommended me Dr. Kiblitsky. I am very happy with her treatment plan for my mom. After our first appointment I was confident that my mother's health in knowledgeable, experienced and caring hands. I wish more doctors will have a similar approach to their patients.
