It's impossible to give Aimee Roberts-Serrato the full breadth of praise that she deserves (the English language simply hasn't invented the words to describe how awesome she is yet) but I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Aimee for all your psychiatry needs. She operates with the utmost warmth and professionalism, and is THOROUGH in a way that many providers simply are not. She is a safe space for all LGBTQIA+ folks, as well as plus-sized folks (doesn't use size-exclusive or overly gendered language, doesn't prescribe exercise in place of real treatment, will respect your pronouns and gender identity and make sure that her staff does the same). 11/10 experience, every time.

I am so happy that I found Introspect Mental Health. The front desk ladies make you feel so welcome and valued on the phone and in person. I was referred to Megan for post partum depression and anxiety and I must say that she is an absolute angel! Megan has helped me navigate through the emotions and challenges of becoming a new mom. I was welcomed in with such a kind and gentle spirit. I was heard and not judged for anything I said. I truly felt valued and safe discussing my past traumas. Megan is phenomenal with sharing what really helps and putting together a treatment plan that fit my journey. I am forever grateful for Megan's humbleness and true knowledge of my overall mental health.
