I went to Integrity about four times. Each time I went I personally paid my copayments and even paid one over the phone. My balance owed was zero. However, about two weeks after my last visit, I received a bill for my copayments stating they were not paid. I therefore called the number on my bill, which gave me the number to the billing department. When I called the number, the receptionist, who makes appointments, answered. I told her the problem; she checked her computer and told me I had made only one payment. I was surprised, since all my payments had been made to this person. She then said she would refer me to the accounting department and that they would call me back. I could not understand: (1) Why my records were not correct in her computer? (2) And, why I could not speak to someone in their accounting department right then? (Very unusual.) So, my problem was not corrected and the receptionist sounded as if she did not want to be bothered. I cancelled my next appointments, not because of the therapists and nurses, but because of the support staff. So beware if you are considering Integrity.

Imagine taking your child here for something pretty straightforward only to have your child overdosed and in crisis at home. When asking for help two providers just told us to be patient. They weren't going through what we were with the dangerous med changes they made. When they screw up they tell you to be patient and don't help. Horrible care.
