Terrible decision starting to establish care. Person doing scheduling is awful to get ahold of. Also, despite finally getting in contact with them and waiting for weeks for an appointment, they call you days before your appointment and tell you it’s cancelled. I got them on the phone finally and asked why you would schedule me for something and then not have the provider in the office that day? (Btw this was the telehealth (not in office virtual visit) Instead of an apology they said well we looked over your last visits and we’ve only rescheduled once and cancelled once. This is not true, as I’ve literally called begging them to call me back and never do. For a mental health business they don’t seem that concerned about leaving you hanging out to dry.
