We had a bit of a challenge getting INTO the office, but once there it has been nothing short of amazing. So professional! My daughter is seeing Steve for medication and a counselor in Rexburg and we truly feel like we have an amazing team in our corner now! Especially compared to our previous situation , we are so grateful to have such a wonderful clinic so close to home. Highly recommend!

We moved my daughter from the Integrated Counseling and Wellness Office in Rexburg to the Idaho Falls office. We loved the Rexburg office but live in Idaho Falls so the Idaho Falls office was more convenient. We were scheduled with a counselor who did not mesh well with my daughter and was not overly friendly. I called and asked if we could switch to another provider. They kindly let me do so and we scheduled sessions with Shana. Her first appointment was to be last Friday. Unfortunately I was traveling that day and due to the weather our flight was delayed, we got in late and because of all of the stress of the day I forgot to call to cancel the appointment. I called the office earlier this week to apologize for the missed appointment and verify that my daughter was still on her calendar. I was assured that she was on her calendar and told to make sure to explain to Shana why she was unable to be there last week. We show up today for our appointment and are told that her appointment and all future appointments with Shana are cancelled, that Shana refuses to see her because the manager called me "three" times and because my daughter has a history of missing appointments. First of all that is untrue. I checked my voicemail and had one message asking me to do what I had already done and call to confirm the appointment and explain why the appointment was missed which I had done. Secondly, my daughter had missed a couple of appointments at the Rexburg office when she was sick and I had called in advance for every appointment. This was ridiculous. I understand being respectful of a counselor's time. I called and apologized and verified her appointments. I found Shana's attitude in this matter to be rude and unprofessional. She missed one appointment that was beyond our control. I called and explained the situation and was assured that everything was fine.
