Integrated Behavioral Health

I was esperate at the time when they opened i got a call to get an appointment. The staff arr doing their jo s. Hunter is awesome. He is proffesional and friendly and hu listens to whatever you want to tell him. One of the best things about IBH is they are efficient and I usually only have to be there for about 30 minutes. No matter what anyone else says, they are fantastic there and I wouldn't leave their care....they would have to ban me...lol. They have been a real lifesaver to me and I havent had any sort of of issues with the staff. They are great!

Office staff is not helpful at all. They called me the same day to cancel because the Dr was out. No problem. I rescheduled for a week later. They called me back again to let me know there was an earlier time available. They told me one time. I arrive at that time and was told we missed the appt. I could not reschedule until I paid 50.00.. how nice is it that they don't care if they cancel hours before on me but I show up at the time I was told and am now having to pay to reschedule. This is not right.
