I can’t say enough good things about Integral Health & Wellness! Arzu is my therapist, and owner of this incredible business. A year and a half ago I experienced a job loss and turned to therapy for support as I navigated a major switch from corporate marketing leadership to starting my own art business. Arzu has been such a supportive pillar in my life as I navigated the past in order to build a better future. Her own knowledge & experience building a business has also been invaluable. I’ve recommended this practice to a former coworker who has seen two additional therapists in Arzu’s practice and loved them both. Don’t hesitate to inquire if you think Integral Health & Wellness might be a good fit for you. I put off therapy for years and really wish I had gone sooner.
