At my first (and only) appointment here, the therapist barely spoke to me, didn't really offer any help or make any kind of game plan for future sessions. I left feeling like I just spoke to a wall for an hour and paid a lot for it. I guess I expected something different.

Insight Northwest Counseling has been a lifeline for me. My therapist is incredibly compassionate, patient, and skilled at helping me navigate anxiety and depression.
