The therapist that is in charge never showed up to appointments that I have scheduled multiple times, I'd rather go somewhere I feel like I matter

I think that many negative reviews stem from the past under different management. Back then, there were several problems and a revolving door of providers. Things have significantly improved and I’d recommend this clinic to anyone.
