I waited over 2 months to see Josh Woodland, apparently the practice owner (that’s what I was told by the receptionist). I really had been counting on this appointment, as I’ve been struggling mentally very badly lately. 5 minutes before my scheduled appointment, I receive a message from him saying he is sick and just can’t make it. 5 minutes before. Even an hour before would have been more acceptable, but I found that extremely unprofessional and rude. If he was sick that day he should have called in a reasonable amount of time before the appointment appointments. Especially for mental health patients. I called into the practice and left a voicemail asking to be rescheduled after that. Nobody contacted me. 2 days following the cancelled appointment, I sent in a message responding to the original cancellation message from Woodland, asking to be rescheduled with a polite “thank you!”. It’s over a week later now and I received no reply or phone calls from the clinic whatsoever to get rescheduled. My iMessage to Woodland has been “delievered”. I called in today and spoke with the receptionist and she told me that Josh had a “family emergency” the day of my appointment and that’s why he couldn’t see me. So, now I’ve been told by him that he was sick, and his staff that he had a family emergency. Interesting. Attaching the screenshot of the iMessage communication between Woodland and I. Never been so appalled at a mental health clinic’s treatment of their patients. I see several other reviews talking about similar issues. I wish I would have read those before waiting 2 months to see a lying, no-show quack of a doctor like Joshua Woodland.

This company should be reported. They are dealing with individuals with mental health issues while some in a crisis, and they do NOT take appointments seriously. I booked an appointment with Satu Woodland over a week out. I never received an email, confirmation, text, NOTHING. I showed up at 7 am to the office listed in Meridian and when I got there no one was there and the door to the building was locked. After calling the office line and sending in multiple chat requests, a virtual assistant named "James" called me to rudely disclose that the appointments are only virtual. When I agreed to get on from cell in the car he then proceeded to tell me- " well, we don't even take your insurance". Are you kidding me?! I was never contacted prior to the appointment to be told that, I was never offered to pay out of pocket for the appointment and I was never offered an opportunity to reschedule. He laughed in face on the phone and said- "what do you want me to do?" This company is a joke. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, especially those who are looking to be seen quickly and treated with professionalism. There are plenty of more qualified doctors and psychs in the area. Do not contact me to remove this review. People deserve to know how terrible this practice is.
