A thorough taking of my history on the first visit helped me get good follow up appointments. The office staff was pleasant. Appointment durations are appropriate; long when needed and short when needed.

As always the office staff was very accommodating, understanding and kind at my last appointment. In general I love them and my provider. I'm aware that this review/rating is for my most recent appointment but I need to share my experience. I've been coming to APC for awhile now and have had only 1 negative experience with this practice. It was a few mos ago. I was given an appointment date and time. When I went to the office at the "scheduled" date and time I was told I didn't have an appointment. Apparently someone (an office manager I believe) took my info and gave me an appointment date and time. When I arrived 15 minutes prior to my "scheduled" appointment time I was informed I had no scheduled appointment. Whovever booked me did not put it in the system. I was going through some particularly difficult circumstances at that time and the appointment was important to me. I was pretty upset and no one seemed to really care except the lady I spoke to at reception. No accountability from the person who took my info. As I said every other experience has been outstanding and the staff has always been accommodating and kind but that time stuck with me. Like I said, no other issues or negative experiences and durung my last interaction the staff was extremely helpful, kind and patient with me and my neurotic personality. Whoever helped me was wonderful. I also understand that the practice is not for in depth therapy and acute crisis (for most patients) but some people seeking care might not understand that. That 1 schedule mix up could have had the potential to turn really bad if I were in a worse state of mind or a different patient at the end of their rope barely hanging on.
