If you’ve been searching for a great therapist in the Downtown Charleston area, look no further. Shawna Crabill's approach was exactly what I needed, and I’m SO SO grateful I decided to call her. She was able to fit me in just a few days later, which was amazing. Shawna is patient, kind, and gives you practical tools that truly help you reach your goals. I am so grateful for everything that Shawna has done for me and HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to make a change!!!

I can’t say enough good things about Shawna, she is truly the best! From my very first session, I felt heard and supported. She’s an incredible listener and always creates a space where I feel comfortable being completely open. What I appreciate most is how she challenges me in thoughtful, constructive ways and offers a different perspective than the one I’m presenting. She’s also extremely flexible and responsive, which has been a huge plus. I am so glad I found her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a therapist Downtown!
