I have been a patient for over 3 years. The first year and a half was a great experience, but ever since they changed owners or whatever they changed the service has been awful. I don’t get calls to confirm my appointments anymore and not even an email with a link to my appointment. I had to memorize the url to get to my doctor because I couldn’t rely on them getting the information to me. They charge my card whenever without any verification or consent of said charges or what card to use. I pay out of pocket so my rate is higher. They double charged me for the same appointment claiming that there was a remaining balance from January 2024!! (which seems shady and unfair that I wasn’t aware) It is now January 2026 they have my card on file I feel that there is a lack of care/ due diligence with the office/ front desk. It’s unfortunate that I now have to change doctors, but maybe this could help you not face the same issue as I did.

I was sent here, as recommendation. Well, I liked people and they were nice. However, if I remember correctly I didn’t get off right foot with one np. The one, I have is really nice & understands me & so does Dr Holiner. However, I am doing open enrollment. Called billing office, my understanding I was to call office. Well, I got help. It was appreciated. However, last time I called she may not know me that well. I get that, I accidentally didn’t explain myself well enough to get my point across. Really like place. I understand everyone in the world, maybe stressed right now. I get it. Feel, we need to all pray for each other.
