High Tide Psychiatry

Amber did not listen to my concerns, despite having a responsibility to be my advocate. She just injected me with more and more medication. When I made a report to the Idaho Board of Nursing, their clinic issued me a notice of termination of services. They lied and said I requested it when I did not. Luckily I was able to find a new provider at a different clinic within the two week window I was provided.

I wish I could say that it has been pleasant to work with High Tide Psychiatry but it really has not. Alicia, the "Medical Assistant/Front Desk Person" is not a people person. She is Lacking in Compassion, Brash, Argumentative, and really just mean spirited. I've been bringing my Mother to High Tide for two years. The very first visit my Mother, a Trauma Victim, attended she was told that she couldn't bring her service Dog because hairs would get on the floor. After, the appointments just lacked compassion and caring. When I tried to explain Alicia's behavior to Dr. (NURSE PA) Greenig, of course he defended Alicia and took no accountability for the fact that she was not giving him his email correspondence and was in fact answering in his stead as well as refusing to consult with Greenig when demanded to do so. Upon notification that my Mother was passing, there was no call to offer condolences, just no response at all from either of them. Life is hard enough as it is without experiencing Alicia in your life. No thanks! COLD COLD COLD!
