I usually post food reviews and retail reviews, but I need to take the time to share a review regarding this therapy practice. I have been with my therapist for a few years now, and the progress has been wonderful, especially over the last year. My connection feels genuine. I feel safe sharing details about how heavy my anxiety can be at times. And I have referred others here with confidence. Definitely recommend.

If you're looking for someone who is genuinely committed to helping you live your best life, Paula is it. That’s her motto, and she truly lives by those words. I came to her seeking help, and what I found was not just a therapist, but a guide who walked with me through one of the darkest phases of my life. Paula has a way of making you feel seen and heard. She listens with deep compassion, and when she speaks, it’s with clarity, honesty, and intention. I often look back and wonder where I would be if I hadn’t made the decision to see her. Thanks to Paula, I’ve made real progress, and for the first time in a long time, I feel hopeful. There are thousands of therapists—but only one Paula. If you’re seeking therapy to truly better your mental health, do yourself a favor and reach out to her. You won’t regret it.
