Sondra is an amazing mental health provider. She is very compassionate and caring. She is a great listener, easy to talk with and has provided excellent insight and key strategies with my life situation which I have found to be very helpful. She is extremely flexible with scheduling and rescheduling appointments if needed. If I need my medication, she always calls it in right away. I couldn't be happier with the care Sondra provides. Highly Recommend!

I came in here after reading all the reviews hoping that I’d finally found a professional that can help me the way I need helped. My appointment was canceled 14 hours before hand. I responded promptly and filled out the paperwork. She assumed that since I hadn’t did it yet I wasn’t coming, rather than check in. Then when I showed up for my appointment, I can only speak on my feelings, but I truly have never felt less wanted in a care facility. I was then told about a $100 deposit that (unless there is proof otherwise I’m unsure) but I was never informed of it. All in all I’m in a very low point mentally and this just set back some of my trust in this field once again. From the moment she first contacted me I felt like she was avoiding helping me. My wife agrees with the feeling of rejection, she didn’t say anything because she thought maybe she was just being sensitive. I affirmed that no, I felt very much like my help was pushed to the way side. Lastly, upon exiting, my wife asked for referrals or assistance in finding me care, and again, met with rejection. I truly hope this is a one off experience and that I am wrong.
