I started out with Sunny as my therapist in 2020. I had the privilege to work with her for 5 years. Her support changed my world. I later started doing couples therapy with Antara which has also been incredibly beneficial. Both therapist provided insights that I’m not sure I could have gotten to on my own. This practice is legit and I couldn’t recommend more. Thank you Tati, for creating an amazing team of clinicians. 💜🙏🏽

I love Healthy Minds Particularly my EMDR Therapist KarmaNia she is amazing I have learned to cope with a lot of my struggles with depression, traumas and stresses she helps me to do it with compassion and care the EMDR Techniques are amazing. I’m so grateful I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
