After going through the entire intake process, when I arrived I waited 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time just to be informed that the provider (Tori) that they scheduled me with was not there. I had a really good experience during scheduling, Courtney was very helpful and Chris even called me to make sure I got everything I needed. I was feeling really good about this place until the actual appointment happened, or didn’t happen. I wanted to share this to help potential clients in their search for a clinic.
